Algorithm Engineer Internship

Introduction

We are looking for a highly motivated LLM / Machine Learning Engineer with strong engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience in modern AI systems. You will work on large language models, intelligent agents, and computer vision systems, taking solutions from research to production. This role requires both deep technical capability and strong execution skills, with opportunities to work across model fine-tuning, deployment, and real-world application development.

Your assignment

Large Language Models & Generative AI • Fine-tune large language models (LLMs), including: o Dataset collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and evaluation o Parameter-efficient fine-tuning techniques (e.g., LoRA, adapters) • Deploy LLMs across multi-GPU environments, using modern inference frameworks • Optimize model performance, latency, and throughput in production systems Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • Design and build RAG pipelines using existing structured and unstructured data • Implement document ingestion, embedding, indexing, and retrieval strategies • Improve answer quality, grounding, and system robustness Agent & Application Frameworks • Build intelligent agents using mainstream frameworks • Understand and apply different agent architectures and tool-use patterns Confidential • Compare and evaluate current mainstream agent tools and ecosystems Computer Vision & Machine Learning • Develop machine learning solutions in computer vision, with a focus on Object detection and Image classification • Apply and adapt mainstream CV frameworks and models in practical scenarios Engineering & Deployment • Use Docker and containerization for efficient development and deployment • Set up reproducible environments and scalable deployment pipelines • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate AI systems into products

Your profile

• Hands-on experience in AI / Machine Learning • Strong background in one or more of the following fields: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related technical disciplines • Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and modern AI systems • Practical experience with: o LLM fine-tuning and deployment o RAG-based systems o Computer vision (detection and classification)
