What You’ll Do

The Global Marketing - Operations & Production Summer Intern (June–August) will support Authentic’s Global Marketing and Productions teams in organizing, analyzing, and executing marketing initiatives across a portfolio of brands. This role offers hands-on experience in both marketing operations and production. Working with the Marketing Operations and Authentic Productions teams, the intern will assist with campaign tracking, analytics, reporting, and project coordination, while also supporting the ideation and execution of campaigns. Reporting to the Associate Manager of Production and Senior Analyst, this role is ideal for someone eager to learn, contribute across teams, and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns and brand activations.

What you’ll be working on

  • Set for campaign shoots (Juicy, Prince, Vince Camuto, Ect.)
  • Research/pre production for campaign shoots
  • Organization tasks (contact sheets, call sheets for shoots)
  • Setting up and helping run castings for campaign shoots
  • Reebok production operations project
  • Marketing & styling closet clean out
  • Location and studio research for campaign shoots

Marketing Data & Reporting

  • Assist in maintaining marketing performance trackers across campaigns, influencers, events and brand partnerships
  • Help compile weekly and monthly marketing reports across channels including social, influencer, PR and activations

Process Optimization

  • Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline and automate marketing workflows and improve internal reporting processes
  • Support the development and maintenance of operational templates, trackers and documentation used by the marketing team

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing, partnerships, PR and brand teams to collect and organize campaign inputs and performance data
  • Support special projects related to marketing analytics, brand performance and campaign insights

Must Haves

  • Currently enrolled as a university student
  • Able to work up to 20 hours per week
  • Able to work onsite in our NYC office
  • Willingness to get your hands dirty and make things happen
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortability in a high paced, collaborative environment
  • Detail oriented
  • Process driven and constantly looking for ways to streamline and simplify complex tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Understanding of the marketing ecosystem including channels such as social media, influencer marketing, paid media, PR and brand activations
  • Familiarity with dashboard or data visualization tools is a plus

 

Primary Location Salary Range:

The hourly rate for an undergraduate student intern in New York is $18
The hourly rate for a graduate student intern in New York is $22
