Job Summary: 

We are seeking a motivated Accounting & Finance Intern to support our Accounting team and assist with special projects. This internship provides hands-on experience in accounting and finance within a dynamic organization. The intern will gain exposure to key financial processes and workflows, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Job Costing, while developing a strong understanding of day-to-day financial operations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Accounting Team to gain an understanding of our financial related process, systems, and procedures.   
  • Complete meaningful administrative, strategic, and project-based work in assigned areas, independently and as part of a team. 
  • Supports the Accounting team and their functions and initiatives through assisting with varying projects including (but not limited to): 
    • Implementation of new Fixed Asset software
    • Financial  Management report development
    • Cross Functional business initiatives
    • Assist with other ad hoc procurement or administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

 The Ideal Candidate:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics.

• Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask

• Must be a team player and able to work closely with all employees

• Should be moderately computer-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms and systems
