About the Role

Description

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY: Assist the Recruiting and Centralized Scheduling (CS) department in scheduling the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass Team Members during our ramp up to the busy season. Help instill a “Team Member first” attitude throughout the organization.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist with scheduling, completing references, background checks, and other administrative duties essential to recruiting. 
  • Assist with New Hire Onboarding. 
  • Assist with New Hire Orientation set up.
  • Support HRIS reporting. 
  • Maintain excel spreadsheets to track all schedules and recruiting activities.
  • Assist the CS department with administrative duties and with other projects as needed.
  • Accurately filing. 
  • Any other tasks as requested by HR Team. 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 1 year of experience in Human Resources preferred.
  • Tourism, hospitality, or restaurant experience helpful.
  • Knowledge of basic employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with public speaking.
  • Strong software skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with Human Capital Management systems is strongly preferred. 


Full Time, Seasonal Paid Internship

Anticipated dates: March 31st, 2026 through August 31st, 2026

Hourly Rate: $21.30 - $24.50 / hour DOE
