The legal intern will contribute to the legal and contractual security of the company's activities, primarily by drafting, reviewing, and updating various contracts such as NDAs, service agreements, and IT contracts. They will also support compliance efforts, track signature circuits, and contribute to the Contract Lifecycle Management tool change project.

About the Role

PRÉSENTATION DU POSTE

L’alternant(e) juriste contribuera à la sécurisation juridique et contractuelle des activités de l’entreprise.  
Il/elle sera rattaché(e) au Responsable Finance et Excellence Opérationnelle.  
Il/elle travaillera en étroite collaboration avec la Direction Juridique & Compliance, la Direction Financière ainsi que les chefs de projet.


MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

  • - Rédaction, revue et mise à jour de contrats (NDA, prestations, IT, services...)
  • - Participation à la revue de contrats complexes sous supervision
  • - Harmonisation et mise à jour des modèles contractuels
  • - Suivi des circuits de validation et signatures (DocuSign, Determine/Coupa)
  • - Support à la conformité, aux obligations légales et aux processus internes
  • - Contribution au projet de changement d’outil de Contract Lifecycle Management
  • - Aide aux analyses juridiques et recherches thématiques
  • - Participation aux contrôles documentaires

  • - Bases solides en droit des contrats / droit des affaires
  • - Capacité d’analyse, de rédaction et de synthèse
  • - Rigueur, confidentialité et organisation
  • - Aisance relationnelle et esprit d’équipe
  • - Intérêt pour les LegalTech, le digital et la transformation juridique
  • - Maîtrise du Pack Office ; anglais professionnel apprécié


PROFIL

  • - Master 1 ou Master 2 en Droit (Affaires, Contrats, Compliance, IT/Data)
  • - Première expérience appréciée mais non obligatoire
  • - Envie d’apprendre, curiosité et autonomie progressive
