About The Company
The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group, P.C. is one of the nation's premier multi-specialty medical groups, with more than 1,800 physicians spanning 60-plus subspecialties. Our medical group is independent from, but works exclusively with, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Mid-Atlantic States, Inc. Together, we serve more than 800,000 Kaiser Permanente members in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia at 35 medical centers, facilities and hospitals in Washington D.C., Virginia and Maryland.    Our physicians, and the staff who support them — in fields from data analytics to finance to HR to project management — are shaping the future of health care. Our unique model of care (prepayment for value, rather than volume-based incentives) is designed to succeed by making and keeping patients well. Not only are our doctors spared from the typical hassle of insurance company pre-authorizations and paperwork, but they can work seamlessly across disciplines and are empowered to lead the way in driving better processes and better care.     The Permanente model welcomes world-class talent and gives all employees the tools they need to succeed.
