Job Description

Job Title:  Data Digital & Technology Intern

Location:  Singapore

About the role: 

  • This role will be responsible for supporting the implementation of digital initiatives across the site through the execution of the Site’s DD&T roadmap.
  • Work closely with the site functions in collecting business processes and demands.
  • Assist in the development of system documentation and training materials as well as provide training to the internal team and users.

How you will contribute: 

  • Support site digital transformation programs and projects.
  • Support and develop site paperless projects on forms/logbook/OJT etc.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate successful collaborations.
  • Provide simple training to business users on digitalization projects.
  • Develop and execute unit/system test cases, scripts and plans.
  • Understand and follow appropriate SDLC, quality validation processes and application processes.
  • Communicate status, solutions and concerns. Establish and maintain relationships within the different team and cross function groups.
  • Responsibility to adhere to any applicable EHS requirements.
  • Commitment to a fair and respectful relationship to others and behavior in accordance with Takeda’s Code of Conduct.
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

What you bring to Takeda: 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect people from different cultures and levels, both internally and externally.
  • Basic knowledge of the application development process will be advantage.
  • Must be detailed oriented and able to work within a team setting.
  • Have a good analytical mind, resourceful and perseverance to investigate, determine the root cause to errors.
