Product Management Assistant Intern

Job Description

Objective:​
This internship is designed to provide a hands-on, immersive experience in global product management. You will work alongside
senior Product Managers to learn the end-to-end product lifecycle, from New Product Introduction (NPI) to legacy product management. The role is structured to progressively increase your responsibility, starting with foundational tasks and evolving into cross-functional collaboration and independent project ownership.

Key Responsibilities:​

​Months 1-3: Learning & Foundation​

  • Process & Tool Mastery:​​ Develop a comprehensive understanding of the standard processes, methodologies used by the product management team.
  • Operational Support:​​ Assist senior product managers with core tasks including product catalogue management, consolidation of program deliverables, and product validation checks.
  • ​Project Monitoring:​​ Track and report on the progress of critical activities and projects as assigned, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.

Months 4-6: Application & Collaboration​

  • ​Cross-Functional Communication:​​ Begin to facilitate communication for simple tasks across departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, R&D), acting as a point of contact for regional requests and escalations under close guidance.
  • ​Data Analysis & Support:​​ Process and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., market trends, sales figures, customer feedback) to support strategic decision-making by the product team.
  • Stakeholder Updates:​​ Assist in preparing updates for key stakeholders on product status and market performance.

Beyond 6 Months: Growth & Impact​

  • ​Project Ownership:​​ Take on ownership of a small-scale, end-to-end project; assisting senior product managers with projects
  • Strategic Contribution:​​ Conduct independent market or competitive analysis to identify new opportunities or inform product roadmap decisions
  • ​Roadmap Development:​​ assist senior product managers on the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps


You're the right fit if:
1. Active student status/enrollment at the University.
2. Fluent in English (CET6)

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
