This internship is designed to provide students with exposure to the working environment of Group Finance Business Management team. The intern will gain hands‑on learning opportunities through supervised involvement in administrative coordination, process documentation, and selected team initiatives, while developing an understanding of how the Group Finance Business Management team operates.

Responsibilities:

During the internship, the student will have opportunities to:

  • Gain exposure to day‑to‑day operations of Group Finance Business Management team through guided administrative and coordination tasks
  • Assist in learning how documentation, filing, and administrative records are maintained
  • Observe and support routine internal processes under supervision
  • Participate in process documentation and streamlining initiatives, including reviewing and organising existing workflows and materials
  • Support the coordination of meetings and internal activities, such as scheduling and preparation of materials
  • Assist with basic data compilation and preparation of simple summaries or reports for learning purposes
  • Undertake ad‑hoc tasks and assignments that provide practical exposure to teamwork, professionalism, and workplace practices

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree at a recognised institution
  • Skills:
    • Strong organisational and time management skills
    • Comfortable with basic administrative and coordination tasks
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
    • Able to work independently with guidance and collaborate with others
    • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
