About the Role
[What the role is]
Provide support to the Case Officers in managing their designated portfolio of commercial tenants.[What you will be working on]
- Serve as an assistant to the Account Manager for a designated portfolio of commercial tenants.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants through proactive engagement and effective feedback management.
- Assist to optimise operational efficiency and tenant experience.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of tenants' requirements, including space utilisation patterns, rental assistance needs and commercial considerations, to provide tailored solutions.
- Implement and manage arrears collection for the portfolio, ensuring timely rental payments and minimising defaults.
- Participate in negotiations for tenancy renewals with existing tenants, securing optimal terms while maintaining positive relationships.
[What we are looking for]
- Students with background in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management or similar areas preferred.
- Meticulous and customer focused.
- Has great attention to details and can multi-task.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write professionally and engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently/team and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably able to commit from January 2025 to May 2026 or February 2025 to August 2026 for this internship.
