Acerca del rol

Este rol apoya las operaciones de la planta, acompañando actividades relacionadas con el seguimiento de procesos productivos, control básico de documentación, organización de insumos y apoyo en tareas operativas del área. Como aprendiz, tendrás la oportunidad de observar, aprender y contribuir al funcionamiento de los procesos industriales, mientras desarrollas habilidades técnicas y comprensión del entorno productivo en un ambiente seguro y regulado.

Qué harás

  • Apoyarás las actividades operativas de la planta, realizando seguimiento a procesos productivos y control básico de documentación.

  • Colaborarás en la organización de insumos y en tareas diarias del equipo industrial.

  • Acompañarás a los expertos del área para aprender sobre los procesos y aplicar gradualmente lo aprendido.

  • Contribuirás a la mejora continua mediante la identificación de oportunidades y apoyo en actividades de rutina.

A quién buscamos

Aprendiz en etapa productiva de Producción Industrial, con interés en aprender sobre los procesos de planta, apoyar actividades operativas y fortalecer sus habilidades técnicas en un entorno productivo.
