About the Role

Das ist die Aufgabe

  • Aktives Unterstützen in den Beschaffungsprozessen im Indirekten Einkauf Produktion und Erhalten wertvoller Einblicke in die Commodities Bauleistungen, Produktionsanlagen, Energie, Gebäudedienstleistungen und MRO
  • Agieren in einer Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen internen Fachbereichen und den Lieferanten/Dienstleistern
  • Durchführen von Marktrecherchen, Erstellen von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Auswerten von Angeboten
  • Vorbereiten und Begleiten von Verhandlungen
  • Mitwirken bei der Gestaltung globaler Beschaffungsprojekte und eigenständige Übernahme von Projektaufgaben
  • Aktives Unterstützen im operativen Tagesgeschäft, wie bei der Bestellabwicklung in SAP

Das wünschen wir uns

  • Laufendes Studium eines wirtschaftswissenschaftlich und/oder technisch geprägten Studiengangs, z.B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Studiengänge
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Beschaffung sind von Vorteil
  • Sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit SAP R/3
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gewissenhafte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise 
  • Engagiertes und kommunikatives Arbeiten, sowie Stärke bei der Arbeit im Team
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Gehalt: 2.117 €/Monat
  • Beginn: ab September 2026
