About the Role

Das ist die Aufgabe

  • Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Softwareplattform HYPE – von kleinen Anpassungen bis hin zu neuen Features
  • Du arbeitest an Marketingmaßnahmen mit, z. B. bei der Erstellung von Content, kleinen Kampagnen oder internen Kommunikationsformaten
  • Du unterstützt uns bei dem Aufbau und der Erstellung des Internationalen Reportings
  • Du bringst deine Kreativität in die Ideenbearbeitung ein und hilfst dabei, neue Impulse zu prüfen, aufzubereiten und umzusetzen
  • Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse und entwickelst optimierende Vorschläge, die echten Mehrwert schaffen
  • Du erhältst dadurch spannende Einblicke in das internationale Ideenmanagement bei STIHL

Das wünschen wir uns

  • Laufendes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Innovationsmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Interesse an Software, digitalen Tools und modernen Arbeitsmethoden
  • Kreative Denkweise sowie Lust, neue Themen anzustoßen und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise – und Freude daran, Ideen in die Realität zu bringen
  • Gute Microsoft 365 Kenntnisse
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
