Core Responsibilities
The intern will gain insights into 1:1 Marketing, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation, supporting the creation, planning, and execution of international email marketing campaigns and newsletter rollouts. Responsibilities also include conducting analyses, reporting, creating target-group-oriented content, and assisting with the administration of the Iterable marketing automation tool.

About the Role

Das ist die Aufgabe

  • Du erhältst spannende Einblicke in die Bereiche 1:1 Marketing, E-Mail-Marketing und Marketing Automation
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung, Planung und Durchführung internationaler E-Mail-Marketing-Kampagnen
  • Du begleitest den monatlichen Rollout internationaler Newsletter-Kampagnen sowie von Marketing-Automation-Lösungen in unsere Vertriebsgesellschaften
  • Du führst Analysen und Reportings mit gängigen Analysetools durch und leitest daraus relevante Handlungsempfehlungen für zukünftige Maßnahmen abDu recherchierst und erstellst zielgruppenorientierten Content in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Content-Team
  • Du wirkst aktiv bei der Konzeption, Umsetzung und dem Rollout von Automationskampagnen mit
  • Du entwickelst Maßnahmen zur internationalen Kontaktgewinnung
  • Du unterstützt bei der Administration unseres Marketing-Automation-Tools Iterable

Das wünschen wir uns

  • Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im E-Mail-Marketing oder digitalen Marketing sind von Vorteil
  • Du bringst Kreativität und ein gutes Gespür für relevante Inhalte mit
  • Du hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit internationalen Kolleginnen und Kollegen
  • Erfahrung mit gängigen Arbeits- und Kollaborationstools (z. B. MS Office, Adobe InDesign); Kenntnisse in Jira und Confluence sind ein Plus
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Fremdsprachen sind willkommen
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Verantwortungsbereitschaft für eigene kleine Projekte zeichnen dich aus
  • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Lernbereitschaft runden dein Profil ab
