About the Role

Das ist die Aufgabe

  • Du wirkst an der Erarbeitung eines ganzheitlichen Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements mit
  • Du planst, steuerst und evaluierst eigenständig Projekte im Bereich der betrieblichen Gesundheitsförderung
  • Du bringst dich in die bestehenden Angebote und Prozesse aktiv durch Lösungen und Verbesserungsvorschlägen ein
  • Neben der konzeptionellen Arbeit im Gesundheitsmanagement begleitest und führst du einzelne Maßnahmen eigenverantwortlich durch

Das wünschen wir uns

  • Laufendes Studium der Fachrichtung Gesundheitsmanagement, Sportwissenschaften oder Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie oder vergleichbare Studiengänge
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Gesundheitsmanagement sind von Vorteil
  • Fachliche Kenntnisse im Bereich der Nutzung von Excel, Word und PowerPoint sind vorteilhaft
  • Persönlich zeichnest du dich durch hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie eine analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
  • Du hast Interesse deine Studienkenntnisse sowie Kreativität in der Praxis in innovative Lösungsideen umzusetzen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
