Position: Lead Generation & Intern



Location: Jabalpur (On-Site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Office Timing: 11:30 AM – 06:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday



Job Overview



We are looking for enthusiastic  graduates who are interested in digital marketing and client outreach. As a Lead Generation & Outreach Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out through LinkedIn and email, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.



This role is ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills, are proactive, and want to build a career in digital marketing and international client communication.



Key Responsibilities



• Generate B2B & B2C leads using LinkedIn, email, and other online platforms

• Craft and send personalized cold outreach messages and follow-ups

• Identify potential prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team

• Collaborate with the sales team to move leads through the sales funnel

• Track outreach performance and optimize strategies regularly

• Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools



Skills & Requirements



Graduate from IT / Computer Science background

• Minimum 6 months experience in Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, or Outreach (B2B/B2C) preferred

• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)

• Ability to write engaging and persuasive outreach messages

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and basic CRM software

• Proactive mindset with focus on targets and conversions
