About the Role

Job Description

  • Event organization: Support to organize marketing and partnership events (Trade Fair, Seminar, Customer Training, Sales Meeting, University Visits…).
  • Content production: Create and localize content (emails, landing pages, catalogues, PR articles) in both ENG and VN for digital usage and printing. 
  • Brand Compliance: Assist in deploying brand campaigns and ensure all executions comply with global brand guidelines.
  • Social media management: Plan social media calendars, design and produce copies and content, and performance monitoring. 
  • Marketing Collateral Management: Organize and manage marketing materials (banner, backdrop, standee, brochure, merchandise...). 
  • Media Production: In charge of photography and video for events.
  • On-site Brand Representation: Manage the "First Impression" touchpoint by welcoming key stakeholders and clients, ensuring the brand’s hospitality and professional standards are upheld during corporate visits.

Qualifications

  • Education: Undergraduates, final year students with 6-month internship commitment.
  • No working experiences required, although students with experience are preferred.
  • Proficiency in design applications (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong skills in event organization and management.
  • Fluent in English is required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, work ethic, willing to learn.
  • Hard-working, detailed oriented, result oriented.
  • Be able to provide Letter of Recommendation with university's stamp.
