仕事内容/What the Role Entails

業務内容 1.ゲームブランド構築およびユーザーインサイト調査に携わる:日本のゲーマー各層のコアなニーズや文化的特徴を深く掘り下げ、プロダクトポジショニングを支援し、ターゲットに応じたマーケティング施策を立案する。 2.業界展示会や重要なキャンペーン時期における実行業務を支援し、プロダクト・広報・ビジネス部門などの社内チームおよび外部パートナーとの調整を行い、クロスチームでの連携を推進し、プロジェクトの円滑な遂行とプロモーション効果を確保する。 3.インフルエンサーとの協業およびライブや動画のモニタリングに参加し、ゲームブランドとKOC(キーオピニオンコンシューマー)との良好な関係構築を支援する。 4.ブランド広告素材の制作に参画し、オンラインメディア広告および屋外広告(OOH)向け素材のクリエイティブ立案・制作プロセスに関与する。 Job Responsibilities 1.Participate in game brand building and user insight research: deeply explore the core needs and cultural characteristics of different Japanese gamer communities, assist in product positioning, and help formulate targeted marketing strategies. 2.Support the execution of industry events and key campaign event by coordinating across internal teams (including product, PR, business development) and external partners to drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure successful project delivery and promotional impact. 3.Co ntribute to influencer collaborations and sentiment monitoring, helping build and maintain strong relationships between the game brand and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs). 4.Participate in the creation of brand advertising assets, including creative development and production for both online media ads and offline OOH (Out-of-Home) campaigns.

応募要件 1.ゲームへの情熱があり、ゲームパブリッシングにおけるマーケティング業務に強い関心と情熱をもっていること。 2.日本における主要SNSプラットフォーム(X/YouTubeなど)の運用モデルに精通しており、データ感度が高いこと。 3.優れたプロジェクトマネジメント能力・コミュニケーション能力、クリエイティブプランニング力、および確かなコピーライティングスキルを有すること。 4.対象地域の言語(日本語)について高い運用能力を有していること(ネイティブまたはそれに近いレベル)。 歓迎要件 1.『勝利の女神:NIKKE』のファン 2.『Path of Exile 2』または『ディアブロIV』のファン 3.英語を業務言語として使用できること Qualifications 1.Passionate about gaming and highly enthusiastic about brand marketing in the game publishing industry. 2.Familiar with the operational models of major Japanese social media platforms (e.g., X/Twitter, YouTube) and data-savvy. 3.Strong project management and communication skills, creative planning abilities, and solid copywriting proficiency. 4.Excellent command of the target regional language – Japanese (native or near-native fluency). Preferred Qualifications 1.Fan of Goddess of Victory: NIKKE 2.Fan of Path of Exile 2 or Diablo IV 3.Pro ficiency in English as a working language
