仕事内容/What the Role Entails

リサーチ作業なども含む、コンテンツ及びプラットフォームに適したPRプランの考案・実行サポート。メディア取材やイベント時の段取りや現場対応支援。本社事業部やIT部署などと連携し、問題解決に向けて障壁を取り除き、解決策を模索する。公式ウェブサイトなどのO&Oチャンネルの運営支援。様々な施策やビジネス判断、インフルエンサーなどにまつわるリスク評価や対処法の考案。ベンダー請求書処理や書類作成などの事務作業。

応募資格/Who We Look For

• 大学卒・大学院卒。職務に関連する専攻（ジャーナリズム、コミュニケーション、国際関係学、政治学など）優遇。 • PR、記事執筆、及び・またはマーケティング経験。ゲームやエンターテインメント、またはテック業界の経験があると直良い。 • 日本語での会話・文章執筆・編集能力必須。中国語か英語でビジネス会話を行えるとより望ましい。 • 国内のメディアランドスケープに対する理解、ウェブサイト（WordPress）やSNSの運営実績。 • 複数のプロジェクトを同時進行で担当し、プロジェクトの初期段階から完了まで、関係チームメンバーと連動しながらワークフローをこなす能力。 • イノベーションを推進し、目標達成のためならどんな障壁も取り払う姿勢。 • 様々な国籍や文化のバックグラウンドを持つ人々が集まる環境で抵抗なく働ける姿勢。どんな環境にも順応でき、且つ変化を起こせる自信を持ち合わせる。
