About the Role

Are you eager to gain hands-on experience within E-commerce and help develop NOISY MAY’s webshop and customer journey? Do you enjoy working with data, product presentation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - learning how customer data and communication are used to create better customer experiences?

Then this internship could be your next step. We are looking for a curious and driven intern who wants to learn the end-to-end e-commerce process and support the continued growth of NOISY MAY.  

OUR E-COMMERCE TEAM

As an intern, you will be supported by experienced specialists who are eager to share their knowledge and help you grow. You will become part of our commercial department, working with our e-commerce platform and marketplace setup in an informal environment characterized by strong team spirit, collaboration, and ambitious international goals.

YOUR ROLE
As an intern, you will have a broad, hands-on role, working closely with the team and contributing to the optimisation and development of e-commerce activities across the department. You will gain responsibility, insight into the end-to-end e-commerce process, and the opportunity to make a real impact on both the business and the customer experience.

Your key responsbilities

  • Ensuring accurate and complete product data for the webshop (colours, materials, fit, descriptions and attributes)
  • Supporting e-commerce category merchandising by optimising category setup and online product presentation
  • Maintaining and optimising webshop category structures aligned with seasons and product drops
  • Analysing category and product performance to identify commercial opportunities
  • Creating and maintaining product sets to support styling, cross-selling and the customer journey
  • Working hands-on with CRM, including newsletters, segmentation, automated flows and performance reporting

YOUR PROFILE
You have a genuine interest in e-commerce and enjoy working with data, analysis and details, using insights to drive actions that make a difference. You thrive in structured, operational tasks, while also feeling comfortable challenging existing ways of working and suggesting improvements. With high attention to detail, strong work standards and a data-driven mindset, you are confident translating insights into clear, customer-focused output and enjoy working collaboratively to move things forward. 

Qualifications

  • You are enrolled in the Commercial and Retail Management program at Aarhus University or a relevant education within Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, or Business
  • An eye for details and a natural analytical approach
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel or PowerBI is an advantage
  • Fluent in English; both written and spoken.
