Im Team Projektsteuerung Shopfloor-IT & SCADA gestalten wir eine moderne, effiziente und einheitliche Produktions-IT-Landschaft für unsere Fahrzeugwerke. Unsere Fachgruppe SCADA definiert die Schnittstelle zwischen OT und IT. Wir verantworten die Prozesse und das Know-how für SPS/MES-Schnittstellen und entwickeln standardisierte Lösungen, die wir kontinuierlich an neue Anforderungen und aktuelle Technologien anpassen. Zu unseren Aufgaben gehören die Weiterentwicklung von SCADA-Visualisierungen und -Reports sowie die Erarbeitung von Vorgaben für einen konzernweiten Standard. Mögliche Aufgaben dieser Rolle

  • Analysieren des Datengerüsts von speicherprogrammierbaren Steuerungen (SPS) im Labor
  • Zuordnen der Rohdaten von der SPS zum SCADA System
  • Integrieren der Fertigungsdaten in ein SCADA-Testsystem (DÜRR DXQ)
  • Entwickeln von Routinen für eine (teil-)automatisierte SPS-Anbindung
  • Betreuen des Labors für das SCADA System

Anforderungen an die Qualifikation

  • Studierende der Fachrichtungen Ingenieurwesen, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gute bis sehr gute Studienleistungen
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Automatisierungstechnik/SCADA/Industrie 4.0
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Siemens STEP 7 (Classic und TIA Portal)
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Produktion und Logistik als wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft, Werkstudentin / Werkstudent oder Praktika sowie Auslandserfahrung sind von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität
