Hauptaufgaben
Organisation von Inhouse-Trainings, Koordination von externen Schulungsmaßnahmen
Pflege der Schulungsdatenbank
Überwachung der Einhaltung der Datenschutzgrundverordnung und anderer Datenschutzvorschriften
Unterstützung im Gesundheitsmanagement u.a. im betrieblichen Eingliederungsmanagement
Unterstützung im Bereich Innerbetriebliches Vorschlagswesen
Unterstützung der Personalabteilung (z.B. Bewerbermanagement) im Tagesgeschäft
Wissen und Ausbildung
Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise Schwerpunkt Personal oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o.ä.
Erste Erfahrung im Personalbereich von Vorteil
Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
Gute SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
IT-Affinität
Aufgeschlossenheit, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
Diskretion und professionelles Auftreten
