Buccellati is a historical high-jewelry and silversmithing Maison, renowned for our craftsmanship and the uniqueness of our creations. The Sales Operations Intern supports the daily sales operations of the business with the Sales Operations & Merchandizing department.

  • Assist the commercial network (both internal and external) with the necessary resources and tools to increase selling performance.

  • Supporting the boutiques in their daily organization taking into consideration the brand image and strategy together with their reality and constraints. 

Business Operations – 60%

  • Stock Management, supporting on moving stocks in a timely and accurate manner.

    • Deposit tracking

    • Stock animation

    • Regular communication with boutiques

  • Sales invoicing and coordination, supporting monthly commercial operations.

Retail Excellence – 20%

  • Support projects related to retail operations.

Retail Performance: reporting, analysis and action plan follow up, assisting the department – 20%

  • Assist in the completion and standardization of the reporting activity upon the defined schedule

    • E.g. Boutique Daily/Monthly reports

  • Update collection/pricelist
