Duration: 10–12 Weeks | Summer Internship


Build Something That Lasts

This is not a typical HR internship. We’re looking for a high-potential, driven student who wants to do more than support day-to-day tasks.  You will be responsible for the design and delivery of a real leadership development program that will be used across our organization. Working onsite alongside our HR team, you’ll gain direct exposure to how HR shapes leadership, culture, and employee experience while owning a project with visible impact at the executive level. If you’re a critical thinker who enjoys building, improving, and bringing ideas to life, this is your opportunity to create something meaningful.


What You’ll Do

You will lead the development of a Manager/Leader Development Program, taking it from concept to completion:

  • Design a Leadership Program
    • Assess and organize existing content
    • Identify gaps and introduce fresh, innovative ideas
    • Build a structured, scalable development experience
  • Create Engaging Learning Experiences
    • Develop content for videos, virtual sessions, and in-person workshops
    • Package materials into a polished, ready-to-launch program
  • Partner with Leaders
    • Interview managers and stakeholders to understand real-world needs
    • Translate insights into practical, impactful learning solutions
  • Own the Project
    • Work independently with guidance from HR leaders
    • Present your final program to HR and Executive Leadership
  • Gain Broad HR Exposure
    • Learn HR practices across CA, OR, WA, and NV
    • Support key HR initiatives as opportunities arise

Requirements

 Who You Are

  • Pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field
  • Interested in a career in Human Resources or Learning & Development
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required 
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
  • A strong critical thinker who can solve problems and connect ideas
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and communicating professionally
  • Creative, curious, and eager to improve existing processes
  • Organized and able to manage a project from start to finish
