The Marketing and Sales Intern will support the LHL team. This position will be remote. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to sales, marketing and business operations. The intern will work on real projects that improve efficiency and effectiveness LHL.

This internship is structured to provide meaningful project work. Administrative tasks such as filing or data entry will be limited and will not exceed approximately 30–40% of the overall experience.

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Location: Remote

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage POS process for Sales Team
• Update lead and customer information in salesforce
• Pull and format recurring reports in Power BI
• Assist Operations in creating and/or introducing new processes
• Assist Marketing with digital POS and digital marketing
• Some general administrative duties

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be productive in a remote office setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education and/or Experience

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Junior, senior, or graduate standing preferred
