Whether it’s the unmistakable Classic Clog or the laid-back ease of a HEYDUDE slip-on, our products are designed to move with you, wherever life takes you. We’re more than just shoes. We’re about comfort without compromise, style with personality, and making a positive impact while we’re at it. About the Role

At Crocs, Inc., every career offers a chance to make a real impact. No two journeys look the same. And that's exactly how we like it. Whether you’re welcoming customers into our stores, collaborating with global teams at our headquarters, or keeping operations moving at our distribution centers, your impact is real and valued. At Crocs, Inc. you’re not expected to fit a mold. You’re encouraged to break it and create something better.

Overview

As the Merchandising & Category Management Intern for HEYDUDE, you will participate in an immersive Summer internship program designed to provide hands‑on exposure to category management, cross‑functional collaboration, and go‑to‑market execution within a global lifestyle footwear brand. You will learn the role of a Category Manager by shadowing managers and Associate Category Managers, supporting day‑to‑day business tasks, and attending key meetings.

Throughout the program, you will support the team with projects such as market research, system updates, and sample management, while gaining exposure to key cross‑functional partners. The internship will translate findings into action through an approximate 8‑week project focused on identifying an energy partner that targets “HER,” including customer acquisition insights, capsule collection ideation (footwear, apparel, and accessories), and go‑to‑market strategy development.
