Interns assist with requests, providing administrative support needed. Interns will lead and collaborate on special projects, creating a comprehensive presentation for senior management.

Interns will take on various roles aligned with their skills and the needs of the credit union.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Providing professional and accurate service and support to all members and team members by responding to member requests in the branch, via email, telephone calls, text messages, and web messaging.

• Develop, maintain, and demonstrate a working knowledge of credit union goals, policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal government laws and regulations.

• Resolve member inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

• Assist members and guest members with financial transactions in the branch.

• Participating in meetings and contributing ideas to improve credit union operations.

• Working on key projects assigned by management.

• Preparing progress reports and delivering a presentation to senior management on special

projects assigned.

Education and Skills Experience 

A high school education or GED is required. We are looking for current college students.
