The intern will analyze competencies focusing on people development across all levels, identify training needs, and support the coordination and execution of training programs. Responsibilities also include supporting the leadership of the Education and Training pillar using TPM methodology and performing data analysis using Power BI dashboards.

About the Role

Misión del cargo:

En esta posición tendrás la oportunidad de aprender y realizar actividades como; Análisis de las competencias con foco en desarrollo de personas en todos los niveles, Identificación de necesidades de entrenamiento, Dar soporte y coordinar la ejecución de entrenamientos, Apoyar en el liderazgo del pilar de Educación y entrenamiento con metodología TPM,  realizar análisis de datos en cuanto a matrices de competencias y construcción de Dashboard en Power BI, Apoyar con la comunicación de manera transversal para la fábrica, además de brindar soporte en gestiones propias del área.

 

Formación académica requerida: Cursando últimos años de las carreras como  Ingeniería Industrial o Ingeniería Química

Experiencia requerida: No requiere experiencia

Conocimientos requeridos: Excel (intermedio) Manejo y creación de base de datos (análisis – reportería), tablas dinámicas, funciones, presentaciones efectivas – Power Point y Canva. Power BI. Ingles Intermedio - Conocimiento Deseable: Conocimiento de TPM

Habilidades requeridas: Extrovertido/a y Proactivo/a, con buenas habilidades de comunicación, Capacidad Analítica, Capacidad de toma de decisiones basados en datos, Liderazgo y Autonomía para gestionar proyectos, Relaciones Interpersonales, capacidad para construir redes de contacto y colaborar con otros equipos
