About the Role

POSITION TITLE:

MiBRP Trainee

 

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

  • Give support and answers to hourly and salary employees through our different contact channels, answering questions regarding HR processes

 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Personal attention in production offices

  • Review of employees information to resolve questions regarding hr

  • Contact with hr departments to solve question of employees

  • Case management through salesforce

  • Follow up on projects of the department

 


CONTRIBUTIONS FOR THE AREA:

  • Employee experience for hourly and salary employees, keeping the KPIs in the level expected

 EDUCATION / CARRERS:

  • Bachelor: Currently studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Talent Management, Human Resources, or related. 

This vacancy is exclusively for students currently pursuing their academic studies with at least 6 months left to conclude their studies. 


LANGUAGE:

  • Fluent in Spanish  written and verbal.

  • English intermediate / advanced 

  • French or german is an advantage
