This is an 11-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. What It’s Like
Facilities Management & Experience is undergoing a significant transformation in 2026, focused on standardizing processes, modernizing systems, and eliminating manual work to create a scalable, data‑driven operating model. Our team enables T-Mobile’s workforce by aligning real estate strategy, capital planning, and workplace operations with business growth. We partner across Finance, HR, Technology, and Workplace Experience to integrate systems, streamline reporting, and drive operational consistency across markets. This role plays a direct part in that transformation—turning complex data into executive‑ready insights while helping build the standardized processes and automation that will define how we operate going forward.
What You’ll Do
Throughout the summer, you will support the transformation of Facilities Management & Experience by helping standardize reporting, streamline workflows, and advance automation across our systems. You’ll build financial models and business cases to support capital allocation and operational decisions, while improving the consistency and quality of executive reporting. You will analyze data across multiple platforms, identify process gaps, and recommend solutions that reduce manual effort and increase scalability. Your work will directly contribute to building a more efficient, data-driven operating model that supports T-Mobile’s growth in 2026 and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and enhance financial models and business cases to support real estate investments and operational decision-making
- Standardize and automate reporting across Corporate Real Estate & Facilities systems to reduce manual effort
- Analyze data across multiple platforms to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
- Support integration and streamlining of ticketing and workflow systems
- Develop executive-ready presentations and insights to inform leadership decisions
What It Takes
Preferred candidates are pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, with demonstrated academic excellence. Experience building financial models, developing dashboards, or automating reporting in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is strongly preferred. Exposure to process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) or workflow systems (ServiceNow, Jira, AirTable, Smartsheet) is a plus. Prior internship, project, or leadership experience that demonstrates ownership, analytical rigor, and the ability to present recommendations to stakeholders is highly valued.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
- Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships
Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.
Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.
Intern wages range from $26/hour to $47/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on education/STEM vs non-STEM designation.
