This is an 11-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. The Workplace Experience Team creates innovative and safe workspaces that provide an exceptional workplace experience and enable our employees to perform their best.

What You'll Do

Build new WE Planning process design and map data integration across tools (SharePoint, Procore, Costar, Airtable), build new system reporting capabilities and automation for all WE initiatives and related Capex/Opex expenses in Airtable as system of record and external reporting for WE, develop standards for key milestone and financial tracking.

What It Takes

Experience integrating multiple systems or data sourced into one single reporting tool and building/designing system and information workflows.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $26/hour to $47/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on education/STEM vs non-STEM designation
