About the Role

Job Title

HR Intern with German (all genders)

Job Description

You will have the opportunity to learn and use HR Tools such as Workday, electronic files, and case management system. You will be a support for the team of HR Advisors & Administration & Payroll Specialist which are supporting German employees.

Your role:

  • E-filing (electronic document storing).

  • Managing benefit system.

  • Contract handling. 

  • Processing basic personal data changes in HR system.

You're the right fit if:

  • You are a student of at least 2nd year of Bachelor’s studies .

  • You are fluent in German (both orally and in writing) and you have good English skills (both orally and in writing).

  • You have good knowledge level of MS Windows and MS Office.

  • You express availability to work at least 30 hours/ week.

  • You have an ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload.

  • You have personal integrity when handling confidential information.
