The Role:
At SoFi, our people are our greatest asset! As our Talent Operations Intern, you’ll gain hands-on exposure across Talent Acquisition and Talent Operations, playing a key role in making SoFi an incredible place to work. You’ll act as a bridge between technology and human connection, creating the resources that empower our hiring managers and candidates to succeed.
**The candidate must be available for the entire internship period:**
- Cohort 1: Monday, June 1st, 2026 to Friday, August 21st, 2026
- Cohort 2: Monday, June 15th, 2026 to Friday, September 4th, 2026
What You’ll Do:
- Cross-Functional HR Immersion: Connect with leaders and teams across all HR functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of how our teams collaborate to support the business.
- Project Ownership: Take ownership of two high-visibility projects (with some flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs):
- Project 1: Research, build and refine our resources and knowledge articles. This project includes designing microsites for our Talent Operations programs and reviewing our training content to make sure it is accurate, highly engaging, and housed on the right platforms for maximum effectiveness.
- Project 2: Review and analyze recruiting vendor and/or program data to present actionable insights to our Recruiting teams, helping us build and improve vital People-focused programs.
What You’ll Need:
- Enrolled in an accredited US-based university (working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027
- Must be returning to school for at least one quarter or semester after the internship
- Have no more than 12 months of professional full-time work experience (excluding internships and research assistant roles)
- Must be willing to relocate to San Francisco Bay Area and be available to work in the SF HQ office at a hybrid capacity (2-3x a week)
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills and independent motivation
- Excels in project management, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment
- Analytical skills, and ability to solve highly strategic and difficult business problems

- Interest in the FinTech industry
