Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Carry out routine and ad‑hoc sensory evaluation of raw materials to ensure they meet defined quality and acceptance criteria prior to use.
  • Perform sensory inspection of finished products, assessing attributes such as appearance, aroma, taste, texture, and overall quality against established standards.
  • Conduct sensory evaluations independently, demonstrating accuracy, consistency, and adherence to evaluation protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with other sensory evaluators, participating in panel discussions and consensus reviews to ensure aligned assessment outcomes.
  • Follow approved sensory evaluation procedures, methodologies, and scoring systems, ensuring consistency and reproducibility of results.
  • Document and record inspection and evaluation results regularly in designated systems or logs, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and traceability.
  • Identify, report, and escalate any deviations, anomalies, or out‑of‑spec sensory findings in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support continuous improvement by providing feedback on sensory trends, contributing to training, calibration activities, and alignment across the sensory team.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • College degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Excel and system logic
  • Analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong communication& coordination skills
  • Be able to work 3 days a week, minimum 4 months
  • Major in Food science.
