Work Location: Suzhou Office

Work Period: 3 months, 3+ days/week

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the engineering team to participate in system design discussions and AI-related feature requirement reviews

• Assist in research, development, and prototyping of AI-related functionalities based on the Java technology stack

• Learn and apply basic troubleshooting and debugging skills to identify and resolve simple product or AI feature issues

• Contribute to improving tools, automation, and development processes to enhance efficiency and code quality

• Make incremental improvements to selected PLM platform or internal system components based on task priority and individual skill fit

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field

• Solid foundation in Java programming and object-oriented design

• Strong interest in AI technologies, such as machine learning, large language models, or data-driven applications

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, frameworks, and development tools

• Strong organization, communication, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities

• Team-oriented mindset with good collaboration skills for joint development and troubleshooting

Bonuses (Nice to Have):

• Prior internship or project experience in software development or AI-related projects

• Experience with Java-based frameworks (e.g., Spring / Spring Boot)

• Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Bash

• Experience using development and collaboration tools such as Git, JIRA, or CI/CD pipelines
