About the Role
The student, as part of the materials innovation team and under the guidance of an assigned mentor, will undertake projects working on - "State of the art" of polymer materials for electronic packaging - Simulation & calculation of material properties - Formulation works on EMC - Explore AI application in materials development

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Conduct literature review of specific domain of polymers used in electronic packaging
  • Plan & conduct DOE
  • Identify & investigate different influential factors in experiments setup
  • Materials characterization & evaluation
  • Explore AI application in material development
  • Make technical presentations to local & global teams

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • On track to attain Masters/Bachelors degree in Computer Science/ Computer engineering/ Electrical & Electronic / Material Science / Chemical Engineering 
  • Familiar with basic software skills, e.g. Matlab & Python 
  • Passionate about innovation 
  • Team player 
  • Able to work under minimum supervision
  • Preferred Internship Period: Jun 26 - Dec 26
