About the Role

Job Description

The Graphic Designer is responsible for interpreting requests from the internal customer (creative team), in order to make proposals and carry out graphic representations and illustrations that are effective for the team and have a high visual impact.
The main objectives of the role are :
1) Creating graphic content within the estimated time frames.
2) Ensuring consistency with the Brand's requirements and values.

1.01 Visual Execution: Creates visually compelling designs for various digital and print projects, ensuring they are effective and aligned with the vision of the Designer/Coordinator.

1.02 Social Media & Marketing Assets: Supports the production of marketing materials, specifically focusing on social media graphics, website resources, and digital advertising assets.

1.03 Conceptual Collaboration: Collaborates with the design team to develop creative concepts, participating in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh and innovative ideas for brand communication.

1.04 Layout & Typography: Executes layout design and typography for both digital and print media (e.g., brochures, catalogs), applying advanced principles of color theory and visual composition.

1.05 Presentation & Mockups: Manages the preparation of professional presentations and mockups for clients, ensuring projects are finalized and presented with high visual impact.

1.06 Technical Standards & Workflow: Implements best practices in graphic design, including rigorous file organization, version control, and preparation of assets for final digital or print delivery.

1.07 Design Lifecycle Integration: Participates in the entire design process, from initial ideation to final delivery, gaining exposure to the professional workflow of an innovative design studio.

Qualifications

  • Solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • English language proficiency at level B2 or higher.
  • Strong Passion for Fashion.
