Your team
Join the Julius Baer Academy Asia and become part of the Human Resources function supporting Learning & Development (L&D). During your journey, you will gain experience and insight into talent development and operational excellence in L&D, with a focus on enhancing employee capabilities across the region. You will be actively involved in key L&D initiatives by partnering closely with HR Business Technology team, IT teams, the global and regional L&D team, as well as cross-functional stakeholders across Asia. This role offers direct exposure to how structured learning programmes support regulatory compliance, performance improvement, and long-term capability building within a global financial services environment.
YOUR CHALLENGE
What to work on
Analyse training feedback to identify skill gaps and support targeted learning solutions
Support HR Connect (LMS) administration, regional training coordination, and the rollout of the new CitiDev solution for CPD/CPT assessments
Coordinate the deployment of Asia-wide mandatory training
Partner with the JBA India team to create engaging intranet content that promotes the culture of continuous learning
Enhance training data quality and documentation to improve audit readiness and compliance
What to learn
How data drives learning interventions in a regulated banking environment
End-to-end management of regional training programmes and compliance campaigns
Change management insights from supporting a key HR system transition
Compliance fundamentals in continuous professional development for wealth management
Effective internal communication strategies to engage and inspire employees
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor student from 2nd year onwards or enrolled Master student in the fields of Finance, Business or Human Resources
Initial practical experience in project coordination, data analysis or human resources support, preferably gained through previous internships or academic projects. Skills/knowledge in the financial industry and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or SharePoint is a plus
Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus
Registered in the country of application with a valid work permit
