About the Role

Interested in a career that matters?

Join our Technical Services Household Care (TS HHC) Europe team and help us support leading household care customers across Europe. As part of our laboratory and digital operations, you will contribute to ensuring smooth day to day workflows while driving initiatives that support innovation and efficiency. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where scientists and technical specialists work together to make a real impact in how our customers succeed. 

The Role & Your Impact
In this Student Assistant role, you will support both laboratory operations and digital initiatives that help the team work smarter and more efficiently. You will be involved in hands on lab tasks as well as contributing to process improvements across digital tools and systems. Your support will help ensure high quality deliverables to our household care customers.

Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with day to day laboratory tasks to maintain smooth operations.
Supporting digital activities such as maintaining and improving internal tools and systems.
Helping implement process improvements across laboratory and digital workflows.
Collaborating with scientists and technical specialists to support high impact solutions.
Contributing to efficiency, structure, and quality in team processes. 

What You’ll Need to Be Successful
(Must Haves)

  • You are currently enrolled in a technical education in engineering, biotechnology, chemistry, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience with digital tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, or similar platforms.

  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.

  • Interest in digitalization and process optimization.

  • Curiosity about laboratory workflows and technology.

  • Ability to take initiative and drive small tasks or projects.

  • Occasional on site presence will be required to support lab operations.
