Core Responsibilities
The intern will actively contribute to R&D programs focused on generating and evaluating lipid-nanoparticles (LNPs) for in vitro nucleic acid transfection, including formulation, physico-chemical characterization, and performing transfection experiments. Responsibilities also involve cell culture maintenance, protein detection, data analysis, and contributing to general laboratory operations like stock management and equipment cleaning.

About the Role
Polyplus, qui fait maintenant partie du groupe Sartorius, est un fournisseur de solutions de pointe pour la conception et la fabrication de biothérapies : thérapies cellulaires et géniques, vaccins, anticorps. Nous recherchons un Stagiaire en R&D Biologie (F/H) pour rejoindre notre équipe R&D Life Sciences !

Grow with us - Vos futures missions :

  • Contribuer activement à la réalisation de programmes de R&D portant sur la génération et l’évaluation de lipid-nanoparticules (LNPs) pour la transfection in vitro d’acides nucléiques
    • Formulation de LNPs et caractérisation physico-chimique (DLS, test d’encapsulation)
    • Entretien des lignées cellulaires adhérentes
    • Réalisation des expériences de transfection in vitro
    • Détection d’expression de luciférase et dosage de protéines
    • Analyse des données et rédaction de protocoles et rapports techniques
  • Participer au fonctionnement général du laboratoire
    • Gestion des stocks et de matières premières
    • Entretien du laboratoire, nettoyage du matériel
  • Collaborer et interagir efficacement au sein d’un département R&D dynamique et multidisciplinaire avec des biologistes et des chimistes
  • Présenter les résultats et les avancées des projets en interne

What will convince us - Votre profil :

  • L2 ou L3 en biotechnologie ou biologie cellulaire et moléculaire en cours
  • Compétences en biochimie et biologie moléculaire et essentielles
  • Rigoureux·se, organisé·e, autonome et proactif·ve
  • Anglais niveau A2
