About the opportunity

As an AP Assistant (Intern), you will support our Accounts Payable team in ensuring smooth and accurate financial operations. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a global environment, work with SAP, and develop your skills in finance, communication, and teamwork. You will work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to daily AP processes while building a solid foundation for your future career.

 

Your tasks include

  • Supporting the reconciliation process for designated vendor accounts.

  • Executing tasks related to posting and archiving invoices in SAP according to agreed timelines.

  • Coordinating communication across dedicated AP mailboxes.

  • Monitoring and supporting document workflow for assigned projects and business areas.

  • Archiving invoices for dedicated projects and areas.

  • Assisting the team with administrative and operational AP tasks as needed.

  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance within daily AP activities.

 

Your profile

  • Availability to work at least 20 hours per week on a one‑year contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie).

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Active student status in Finance or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Willingness to learn and develop within AP processes.

  • Collaborative team player with an open‑minded attitude.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
