Als Werkstudent Procurement & Controlling (m/w/d) arbeitest du im Bereich Finance und erhältst die Möglichkeit, in zwei zentralen kaufmännischen Teams mitzuwirken. Dadurch sammelst du vielseitige Erfahrungen und erhältst einen umfassenden Einblick in betriebswirtschaftliche Abläufe.

 

Nach einer strukturierten Einarbeitung übernimmst du eigenständig Aufgaben und unterstützt die jeweiligen Projektverantwortlichen zuverlässig im Tagesgeschäft. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen und stellst sicher, dass der Informationsfluss jederzeit reibungslos funktioniert.

Stellenbeschreibung

DICH ERWARTEN SPANNENDE AUFGABEN

  • Mitarbeit bei Einkaufsprojekten sowie Unterstützung im operativen Einkauf
  • Durchführung von Lieferantenverhandlungen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus den Fachbereichen sowie dem Headquarter in Italien
  • Mitwirkung an Compliance‑ und Sustainability‑Projekten
  • Betreuung des Lieferantenportals inkl. Registrierungseinladungen
  • Erstellung von Reportings in SAP und BI‑Systemen
  • Pflege von Material‑ und Lieferantenstammdaten in SAP
  • Unterstützung des Controlling‑Teams bei Standardprozessen wie Budgetplanung, Konditionspflege, Monatsabschluss oder Ad‑hoc‑Analysen
  • Pflege und Versand monatlicher Standardreportings an die relevanten Stakeholder
  • Wartung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Power‑BI‑Dashboards


SO MACHST DU ALS TEIL UNSERES TEAMS DEN UNTERSCHIED

  • Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschafts-ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Bereiche 
  • Teamplayer (m/w/d) der mit internen und externen Stakeholdern agiert 
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen gepaart mit Zahlenaffinität und Neugier Prozesse zu verstehen 
  • Erste Erfahrung in kaufmännischen Bereichen von Vorteil 
  • Gutes Organisationstalent sowie zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise 
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse 
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel etc.) 
  • Power-BI und SAP MM Kenntnisse von Vorteil
