THE ROLE
The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in recruitment, C&B administration, learning & development, and employer branding activities. This role provides direct exposure to end-to-end HR operations and employee engagement.
Location: Cua Nam Ward, Ha Noi
Part-time Internship (3-6 months)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support talent acquisition activities: sourcing, scheduling, assessment coordination.
- Assist with C&B, L&D, and HR administrative processes.
- Analyze recruitment data and generate periodic reports.
- Support employer branding activities and internal engagement events.
- Assist in improving HR processes to ensure smooth operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3rd to 4th-year student in Human Resources Management, Business, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational ability.
- Confident in MS Office; data interpretation skills, design skills are preferred.
- Proactive, discipline, and eager to learn.
- Available to work part-time for 3-6 months.
