JOB PURPOSEWe are looking for a Outlet Training Intern to support the Outlet Training Manager in implementing and monitoring Training Projects worldwide.
You will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the elevation of client experience and the development of Store Staff skills.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Projects and Content: support the department in deploying and implementing content across various touchpoints, assisting with vendor coordination, and maintaining the training library.
  • Tracking & Monitoring: monitor training results, provide actionable insights, identify trends to support the business and support in maintaining trackers, calendars, and operational documentation.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, Education, Technology, or a related field.
Fluent in English.
Strong Communication Skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
