About the Role

QUELLES MISSIONS VOUS SERONT CONFIEES ? 

Au sein de la Direction Supply Chain Industrielle et sous la responsabilité du responsable planification, vous aurez pour mission de contribuer aux processus de planification dans le respect de la qualité, des couts et des délais. Vous serez un acteur majeur du processus Supply Chain End-to-end afin de fiabiliser la mise à disposition de nos produits et les performances financières de notre entreprise. 

A ce titre, vous monterez en compétences sur les missions suivantes : 

Planification :  

  • Réaliser des exercices de planification mensuels sur certains produits 
  • Aider à la mise à jour de la documentation planification en support aux planificateurs 
  • Travailler sur le processus de suivi de la performance, en lien avec les responsables planification et responsable excellence opérationnelle. 
  • Contribuer à la réalisation de documents d’analyse du plan de production mensuel 

Communication :  

  • Travailler sur la communication du service planification avec ses interlocuteurs internes (à construire – newsletter, diffusion de KPI mis en forme, tips, news, intranet…) 
  • Participer à l’animation d’équipe : travailler sur nos rituels, idées à mettre en place 

QUEL PROFIL POUR CETTE OPPORTUNITE ? 

Vous préparez une formation de niveau BAC + 5 dans le domaine de la Supply Chain plutôt orienté chiffre, vous avez idéalement une première expérience dans le domaine pharmaceutique.  

Vous possédez les compétences suivantes : 

  • Maitrise de logiciel : pack office / power BI ou macro 
  • Connaissance de ce qu’est un ERP ou APS 
  • Esprit d'équipe, bonne communication, organisation, autonomie, méthode et rigueur, bonnes capacités d'analyse et d’adaptation, bon relationnel 

QUELLES CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL ? 

  • Poste à pourvoir en alternance dès septembre 2025 
  • Durée : 12 mois 
  • 35 H hebdomadaire
