About the Role

Your future team

The HR Operations’ trainee takes part to the missions of the Operations teams, and assists them in their daily tasks and monitoring.

We are ideally looking for a sandwich course (Alternance) intern for a year. Please indicate your internship period in a cover letter or in the comment section. 

Your next challenge

  • Assist the team in the organization of the Welcome Days each fortnight
  • Manage the administrative formalities for trainees joining the firm
  • Maintain the HR systems up-to-date on a daily basis
  • Take part to ad-hoc processes, monitoring and/or projects of the Operations teams

Your skills

  • Hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources, International Business or other relevant subject from an accredited university/college.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment 
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills 
  • Be able to solve problems
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Show a high level of integrity in handling confidential data
  • Be a true team player
  • Good command in French and English
