The internship will be for a 12 month duration and ideally start in July/August.

What you'll be doing:

  • Help the account managers ensure delivery against all targets

  • Assist with project management, production and development of campaigns from brief to fulfilment

  • Work with external suppliers in order to receive quotes for POS and digital materials

  • Communicate and manage critical paths together with the Account Managers in order to ensure timely delivery of projects in line with clients expectations

  • Prepare internal briefs, presentations and reporting documents

  • Help with operational and administrative tasks related to Account Director and Operations Director jobs

  • Review and quality assurance of produced creative elements, websites and copywriting

Who we're looking for:

  • currently studying or recent graduate - Marketing/Digital degree

  • Previous internship experience or some experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential)

  • Being keen, proactive and solution driven

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Happy to work in a faced paced environment across multiple projects
