Job synopsis: The Editorial Intern will support the content team across digital and social platforms, contributing to story production, research, and day-to-day editorial operations. This role reports to the Managing Editor.

Responsibilities
  • Write 3-4 trend and shopping stories per week within the Fashion vertical

  • Support with photoshoots in the New York area, including sample coordination, correspondence with brand PRs, and on-set assisting 

  • Attend key brand events alongside the Managing Editor 

  • Sample coordination and correspondence with brand PRs

  • Support editors with brand appointment scheduling and calendar management

  • Organize and maintain team resource documentation, including brand and PR contacts

  • File clean copy on time

  • Assist with Managing Editor’s calendar and scheduling
