Program Details:

  • Location: Hybrid 2-3 days a week out of our Denver, CO office, frequency flexible

About the Role:
We are seeking a Junior Product Manager Intern to support an operations-driven product team focused on improving internal processes, tools, and workflows across the business. You will help connect business stakeholders, technology teams, and frontline operations to ensure that enhancements are well-defined, well-tested, and successfully adopted.

Key Responsibilities:
 - Partner with Engineering/IT, Finance, Network Operations Center, and other teams to understand pain points and improvement opportunities.  
 - Participate in workshops, requirement sessions, and stand-ups to keep everyone aligned on goals and priorities.  
 - Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
 - Help track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, following up with owners to keep initiatives moving.  
 - Support user acceptance testing by drafting test cases, organizing test cycles with business users, and tracking issues/defects.  
 - Document test results and work with Product, Operations, and Technology to ensure issues are understood and resolved before go-live.

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration
- Strong interest in product management, business operations, and process improvement.  
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize information clearly.  
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and follow-through skills; able to juggle multiple tasks.  
- Familiarity with productivity and project tools (e.g., MS office, Google Sheets)
- Basic analytical skills and an eagerness to learn how to interpret data to support decisions.

Estimated base salary range: $23.00 -$25.00 USD / hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.

The posting will be active for a minimum of 3 days. The active posting will continue to extend by 3 days until the position is filled.
