Summary of the Role

Join Amadeus’ Corporate Strategy division and support teams such as Strategic Alliances or Strategic Insights. This internship offers the opportunity to learn how market trends, competitive intelligence, and strategic partnerships influence decision‑making in a global technology company. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues, contribute to strategic activities, and progressively develop analytical and research skills.

Main Responsibilities

During this internship, you will support the Corporate Strategy team with a variety of analytical and coordination tasks, including:

  • Supporting market and competitive monitoring activities by helping track industry trends, technologies, and market developments.

  • Assisting in the preparation of strategic materials such as presentations, briefings, performance reports, and dashboards.

  • Collaborating with team members to gather and synthesize information from multiple internal and external sources.

  • Helping with recurring deliverables such as market updates, insights newsletters, and competitive intelligence reports.

  • Supporting go‑to‑market analysis, partner documentation, and coordination tasks related to strategic partnerships.

  • Participating in internal meetings and coordination sessions to observe and learn how strategic decisions are shaped.

  • Shadowing team members during deep‑dive research on topics such as technology trends, digital platforms, AI, and industry innovations.

  • Helping coordinate information flows, collect feedback, update shared content, and facilitate access to internal tools.

Requirements

Education

  • Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Business, Marketing/Market Research, Data/Business Analytics, or a related field

Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical and research skills

  • Good command of Excel and PowerPoint

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Soft Skills

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn

  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and openness to collaboration

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment

Eligibility Criteria & Program Details

This internship program is delivered in collaboration with Fundación Universidad Empresa (FUE) and is subject to the following requirements:

  • Be under 30 years old at the internship start date

  • Have completed the most recent academic qualification within the last 4 years

  • Not have previously participated in a program managed by FUE

  • Not have held an employment contract with Amadeus after completing their studies

  • Hold one of the following academic qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree (completed) OR Master Degree (completed)

    • Degree pending only the Final Thesis, or Final Thesis plus a maximum of 9 ECTS credits

  • This opportunity is particularly suitable for recent Bachelor’s or Official Master’s graduates with limited prior internship experience.

  • Expected start date: May–June 2026. Candidates must be fully available to begin full-time during this period

  • Duration of the program: 6 months + 6 months

  • Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

  • Location: Madrid
